- Again, I reply because I think you need to do your research. The actors on that filmed trained for MONTHS prior to and during this movie to be in the incredible shape they were in for the movie 300. Even YOU would look that hot, JChannon, if you trained that diligently.

- Gerry wore no prosthetics nor were his abs air brushed for the movie 300. Do your research. He took his role very seriously, as did all the actors on that film. They trained for HOURS on a daily basis to look as good as he/they did! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtZdDYGlMcc
